Fri, 7 July 2006 Humor and entertainment value are what alex m had in mind when constructing songs under the title "trtl soup". "belly talkers' in particular is the one that takes the cake off of his debut release "e to the eye pie equals one". Drawing from ventriloquism plus theremin samples, this track is sonic the hedgehog if anything else. check out more from trtl soup HERE Comments[2246] |
Tue, 27 June 2006 ![]() again, this is the only discussion about the dincast. this recording was made by m. from baby mice and his friend scott. backwards noise and pitchshifting... what else do you need? you need a friendly conversation between two men that once swore to destroy each other if they ever had problems coming up with something to talk about.

Tue, 27 June 2006 ![]() this is the first episode of the dincast. for now you won't hear any discussion on the podcast. all discussion will be done right here in the show notes. this episode features a "song" by m. and p. of baby mice. the song was written and recorded simutaneously and alcohol definitely had an effect on the music. that's how baby mice works. they start with an idea. and over the course of a night they develop that idea by layering sounds over a basic structure. the songs may take more than one night and even when a song is pronounced "finished," it is still actually a work in progress. so in the future you may (and probably will) hear different versions of songs from baby mice. but rest assured, there will always be alcohol involved. enjoy and tell us what you think
